Myself and my partner stayed here for the weekend and absolutely loved it. We have stayed in Prague 3 times now but this was our first stay here and we will definitely be back. Lovely cosy hotel, rooms really nice and comfortable, mini bar reasonably priced! Staff lovely make you feel very welcomed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially if want a base near near the castle. Breakfast is nice here, plenty of choice and some nice little restaurants nearby for dinner.

if you like small boutique hotels located in old sorroundings, definitely choose this hotel. i was stayed in room nr 5 overlooking Petrin hill, and sorrounding buildings. room was bright, spacious, tastefully equipped.
breakfast was extended cintinental withous any warm food, so do not expect cooked breakfast, but this is not a problem.
one of the best hotel in Prague, in my opinion, i stayed in more than 20.
what was not so satysfying in the hotel is wifi connection. was bad in the room, so if you need it, you must go to the living room near reception to have better connection.

I would throughly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is located very close to Castle in the old medieval town of Prague away from the hustle and bustle. You have to be rather mobile as there is a steep hill into town towards the Charles Bridge. The rooms were delightful and staff very friendly.

I pretty much agree with the previous reviews posted here. The location was great. Very near the castle on a beautiful street. We prefered staying in this area as it was rather quiet yet we could still walk everywhere. We took the bus/metro/tram from the airport and as the tram went up and up, we imagined we would always take the tram up the big hill back to the hotel but as it turned out, we usually walked. It is a steep walk but not bad. We had a regular double room which was very comfortable. We were there in December and although it was cold outside, the room was toasty warm, in fact, I generally turned the heat down to low. The bed, for us, was very comfortable. It was rather firm which I like. I really looked forward to the breakfast each day which some reviewers have noted was "nothing special". I disagree as I thought it was rather special with a variety of meats, cheeses, fruit, cereal, yogurts, breads, baked goods, variety of juices, etc. As everyone else has mentioned, the staff is phenomenal. They seem genuinely interested in your welfare and seem to really want you to enjoy Prague and the hotel. I really have only positive things to say about the hotel. We would definitely return...oh, and perhaps because it was the off season (December), we got a really good rate making it a great value. I would not describe the hotel as "luxurious" but it was very comfortable, attractive, and felt like a home away from home during our stay in Prague. I hope that we will have the opportunity to return.

Our family spent Christmas week in Prague and stayed at the Domus Henrici. The location is excellent, just next to the Castle, Sternberg Palace museum, Schartzberg Palace museum, and Loretta and Strachov monsteries. The walk or tram ride down to the Old Town across the Charles Bridge are both lovely. (The walk back up the hill is not for couch potatoes, but the tram ride up is a breeze.) Quiet location. The staff really made us feel welcome and were INCREDIBLY helpful!! They really went out of their way to take care of us. (Thank you!!) Breakfast was yummy. The value is great. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone we know traveling to Prague.

A wonderful hotel set in a quiet and tranquil location. Not in the centre of town but it's within easy walking distance of the main sights and attractions. Staff were extremely polite, helpful and were always available to answer any questions. Room was spacious, clean and fully equipped with all the essentials. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and family, especially during the festive period when you can enjoy the wonderful sights, smells and sounds of the Christmas fare.

Before we arrived the staff had been in contact to check if they could help with our plans, then each time we passed reception likewise...perfectly helpful without being pushy.
Room was a lovely size, very comfortable and had okay views across the parks etc. Had a very Romantic and yet Homely feel to it.
Breakfast is basic, but still perfect to set you up for the day.
Location, as everyone says, is "2 mins walk from the castle, 15mins down, 20 up from Charles Bridge"...and each of those minutes is through lovely old streets.
It is not a 5* international chain, but then we never feel comfortable in them and we did instantly here - we have already recommended the hotel to many people and will continue to do so.

This hotel has given us the quiet luxury athmosphere that we wanted. The suit was perfect and we enjoyed the beautiful decoration. The small walk to the center was just perfect with the stairs for daily ecercise:) The last night we found also "our" restaurant, not far, with a perfect meal. Praha fulfilled our expectation and ever more joy and pleasure than expected.

Prague rewards me, open your heart to her and she weaves you into her magical tapestry. For me, Domus Henrici is Prague and I must forever return, a part of me loves here and will never leave. First and foremost, Marketa and Susanna were incredibly helpful and attentive to our every request. They were both engaging and professional.

Second, this is the best Boutique, bed and breakfast. We have stayed at in Europe and we have lodged in many countries. The view from our windows, the bells from the monastery, and the quiet street made out stay amazing.
